McCain of course. But Luther Strange would be more palatable to him if were going for parallels. However this was likey before he was relieved to be a pedophile.

Despite the intense nuclear bombardment, Iran does not surrender and the Americans are unable to establish a front in the Persian Gulf. Warships and aircraft carriers in the gulf are sunk by speedboats and missiles, leading to tens of thousands of deaths over the course of just a few weeks. For the first time in more than half a century, American forces must retreat and Israel suddenly find itself fighting an opponent far stronger than they initially expected

There don't seem to be any rules specifically forbidding it from what I can tell. You could ask @Petike I suppose.

A quarterback in the Texas Football League. While Texan Football is the state's unofficial "national sport," it is little followed outside of Texas, because of the Gardner Act of 1906, which makes it a federal offense to cross state lines for the purposes of playing gridiron football. The game differs from the almost defunct "American" football in many ways, most notably in that the ball may be passed or kicked forwards from behind the line of collision by the offensive team at any time, and all throws or punts caught on the fly by an offensive player may be advanced.

The most famous Texan football player of all-time is Sammy Baugh (see below), who is widely considered the greatest "triple-threat" player to ever play, as he was an outstanding runner, thrower, and punter of the ball. He won nine Lone Star Trophies as a starting signal-caller, and his team was re-named the Houston Sams, in honor of both their star player, and the city's namesake.

British troops in a landing craft assault (LCA), photo was taken some days before the British landing on Contentin Peninsula, in order to seize Cherbourg. If Operation Sledgehammer was a sucess, the british operation was a bloodbath and Cherbourg city was totally destroyed thus gaining a sad nickname of "Stalingrad in Normandy".
