Relationship with the Chechen and the Russian can go back all the way when the Catherine the Great want Russia to conquer the Caucasuses to access to trade and influence in the Middle East.

After Years of Russification of Caucasus especially when the Vozhd Kalmykov speed up the Process that Many places of CA, Siberia and specifically Caucasus where the Chechnya affected the most by this.

During the Kalmykov period, Ivan and his Government pushed an Extremes Russify and Pro- Orthodox policy across all of Russia where the many minorities like Turkic, Tatar, Azerbaijani and anyone who isn’t an Russian Slavic Orthodox Christian. This policy that is still partially affected today in the Russian Empire where Slavic minorities have the right to be free to express their Culture and to Speak their Language after Liberal reformed in the later half of the 70s and 80s.

But back to Chechnya, the policy affected Chechnya by Enforcing Russify to oppress the Chechen cultures and even some cases “Remove” some dissent who didn’t submits. Russian and other Slavic settlers to migrated into Chechnya specifically in Grozny being Promoted as “Russian City for Russian people” in there were many settled there.

This was intolerable for the Native Chechen who already resisting Russian authority for Centuries so they were Confident that they will do it again, but they were mistaken because the old saying goes about Caucasus is that “Only Caucasian can beat a Caucasian”

Chechen thought Ivan will just like the other Russian tyrant who tried to Conquer and Submitting their people but failed miserably in the process of Russify the region.

But they forgot that Ivan had one thing that Any ruler of Russia never had before and since then in the Kremlin is that Knowing what how Chechen and Other Caucasian like Ingush, Kalmyks Avars think and act for Fighting their People and know to Exploit and Destroy it.

And Ivan Kalmykov was born in Grozny and know how to break the Chechen spirit into pieces being he was Caucasian.

War Edited video about the Chechen Uprising 1994-1996

Chechen people didn’t know what they going themselves into when Dealing with Kalmykov regime. They thought they just going to just Revolts a bit and even Autonomy or Independent from the Russian bears on the Kremlin, but they will be very VERY VERY WRONG.

Imperial troops deported Chechen civilians to Katorga Camps during the Larger part in the “Pacification of Caucasus” 1936

Ivan used Inhumane methods to finally end the Chechen conflict’s with Russia, so he used Brutal horror methods: Massacred, Deportation, Mass Murder, Persecute and Ethnic Cleaning that affects many Chechen families to their core with Many of their family members were Killed.

Dozen Massacred, Pogrom and Deported happened on Chechen lands that were committed by Russian Okhrara and Infamous Black hundreds units to Cleansing to make way for Russian settlers

His actions on Chechnya and by distention all of Russia who aren’t Slavic land will have Massive consequences for all of Russian minorities throughout the 20th Century to come.

Rubbish.
Even allowing for the US-centric viewpoint, there is a whole planet out there, this isn't even true in the USA.
The first US states to enfranchise women were Wyoming and Utah, decades before the Great War. In fact before the war erupted women had voting rights in eleven states and limited suffrage in eighyt more.
Some American states will jail a doctor for murder for ending a pregnancy.

Some will make a point to announce that they are protecting a woman's right to sovereignty over their own body.

Left to their own devices, do you think all states will shift to giving women autonomy over their own bodies? I personally don't think so.

You don't have to like the analogy, but the fierce resistance to women's rights in parts of the country is a common factor.

If it is left up to the states, with no federal rule, there is and would be jarring disparity on a range of civil rights matters.

In UK and USA, women's suffrage was won shortly after WW1. That is not a coincidence.

Yes, some parts of America are ahead of the curve on civil, political, economic and legal protections. Some parts of America are controlled by reactionaries who will often resort to violence to keep things how they like it.

Women in the workforce to an unprecedented degree in WW1 shook things up. The timing of women's suffrage in UK and USA was affected by that.

I don't know how women's suffrage would have fared without WW1, but I doubt that the schedule for winning it would be similar.

NOT CHAT!

The roots for Prohibitions were already in place before WW1, although it was significantly advanced by the war. It's probable something similar would happen ITTL, but it could potentially be more moderate.
Consider that it would most likely be used and expanded to cover drugs like marijuana, cocaine and heroin.

One item to consider is that NASCAR was formed in 1948 as a result of the end of Prohibition. Many of the first stock car races were by former Prohibition bootleggers. But without the end of Prohibition, stock car racing would be tantamount to giant neon signs screaming "We are criminals!" . Most likely, street racing would be certainly present, but it would have to be underground,....

I’ve been wondering about something guys is that what it will be a Austrian Identify will be in Survived AH and no WW1 guys?
Because it pretty much be different even more than OTL with Multi people from the Balkans, Central and Eastern European who will transform The Whole Austrian identity differences from the Germans from the North, African and America ever before

Without world wars how would music envolve? Would there be Blues, would there be Rock by the 50s/60s, Hard Rock by the 70s, Heavy Metal by the 80s, etc.? Would these envolve slower/later than in OTL? Would these not even envolve at all?

Where I spoke about that more classic music will be more more prevalent and fancy type of music be a lot more popular cause you know nobility will still be active from this TL

Emperor Franz Ferdinand I, the last emperor of the Austro-Hungary Empire from 1916-1918

After narrowly avoiding a brush with death in Sarajevo in June 1914 at the hands of Bosnian Serbian terrorists, Franz Ferdinand would live to see himself being crowned as Austro-Hungarian Emperor in late-1916 following the death of the long-reigning Emperor Franz Josef I. During his start as emperor, Franz Ferdinand I would clash with the Hungarians during the annual Augsliech negotiations in mid-1917. Franz Ferdinand I would attempt to force the Hungarians to accept a federalization of the empire on the basis of the proposed 'United States of Great Austria' plan. The failure of the Augsleich negotiations would result in the Hungarian section of the empire declaring independence out of protest in 1917, while the Germans half of the empire (encouraged by pan-Germanic parties) began to seriously consider a possible 'Grossdeutchland' option with the death of the empire becoming apparent. The empire would finally get its death kneel in mid-1918 when the great powers would host an international conference in Berlin hosted by German Emperor Wilhelm II to partition the empire. Franz Ferdinand I would abdicate as Austro-Hungarian emperor in 1918, with the thrones of Austria and Hungary passes onto other Habsburg relatives.

With both Franz Ferdinand I and the Hungarian Diet refusing to compromise with each other, the Hungarians decided to take action first and declare formal independence in a unanimous vote in the Hungarian Diet. It would be the second time the Hungarians would revolt against Austrian rule, the last being 70 years ago in 1848.

Diplomats from all over Europe during the Berlin Conference of 1918

With the Austro-Hungarian Empire teetering on civil war, the international community would intervene in the matter and attempt to defuse the situation in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Kaiser Wilhelm II and his entourage would deem their long-time allies in Vienna as no longer worthy to stick with and save, instead proposing with the Russians and Italians to partition the empire in order to earn their friendships. Meeting in Berlin from 1917-1918 in a Congress of Vienna-style conference, the Italian and Russian diplomats would support a partition of the Austro-Hungarian Empire among broad ethnic lines. The French and British would vehemently oppose the partition plan during the Berlin Conference, but with the British busy in the civil war in Ireland and the French failing to garner enough support, the Entente would reluctantly recognize the demise of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Following the approval of the partition plan, the Germans, Italians, and Russians would force the Austrians to step down and accept the occupation of their territory.

With the partition plan of the Austro-Hungarian set in motion, German troops would enter Austrian territory in 1918, with the locals and the army unopposing their entry(or in some cases, celebrating). Soon after, the territories of German Austria and Bohemia-Moravia would be annexed into the German Empire as the new German kingdoms of Austria and Bohemia-Moravia.

Cool stuff, but how will be , for example, Bosnia , or Hungarians territories be split? Considering Hungary is very multiethnic too ( despite its political structure) , her maintaining the imperial borders would mean that independent hungary will have to deal with a big minority not wanting anything to do with this state

Exactly. Hungary would has lot of Croatian, Slovakian and Romanian nationalists. And Romania would try to take Transilvania. Serbia would want take Bosnia.

And what happens to Bohemia ITTL? Is that incorporated fully to Germany or is just Sudetelands annexed and rest of the country becomes vassal kingdom?
