The Status of African-Americans :

The Jim Crow Museum in Birmingham, Alabama, the first of its kind, illustrates the rise and fall of segregation in the 1990s.
An architectural consortium, comprising several leading architectural firms, conceptualised the design of the building on a seven-hectare stand. The museum is a superb example of design, space and landscape offering the international community a unique Southern experience.
The exhibits have been assembled and organzed by a multi-disciplinary team of curators, film-makers, historians and designers. They include provocative film footage, photographs, text panels and artefacts illustrating the events and human stories that are part of the horrific period in our history, known as segregation.
In 1995 Freedom Caucus led by John Lewis, Jesse Jackson and Barbara Lee set up a process for the granting of casino licenses, establishing an agency to do this called the Gambling Board. The bid documents stipulated that bidders should demonstrate how they would attract tourism and thereby grow the economy and stimulate job creation.
The 1980s/1990s were some of the most brutal years for African-Americans, as many white Southerners led by Governor David Duke (R-LA) formed Christian Constitution Militias (CCM) in an effort to uphold segregation policies, often in defiance of the federal government. It was only through the work and diligence of the Truth & Reconciliation Commission of 2004, did the full scope of the violence, murder and degradation come to light:

Much like the 1910s/1920s, the 1980s/1990s saw some of the most violent civil unrest, often targeting African-Americans, with U.S. troops deployed, often helping vigilante mobs, into cities from Miami, Florida (1980) to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1983) , with major portions of African-American, Asian-American and Latino/Chicano neighborhoods. For many people of color, the promise of the Stevenson Administration and further promises of protection and equality remained shallow and unfulfilled:

With the continued presence of Jim Crow segregation throughout the American South , racist caricatures of Negro-Americans continued well into the third decade of the twenty-first century. In context, it should be noted that Mississippi didn't pass the 13th Amendment, abolishing slavery until 2013. Contrary to libertarian arguments led by Ron Paul (L-TX) and Rand Paul (L-TN), states throughout the South often encouraged discriminatory messages and images, proclaiming them part of "Southern Heritage". Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, protests and boycotts of products were severely limited and were often prevented by local legislative bodies proclaiming "States' Rights", often preventing the end of segregation at local and state levels.

Battle of Chiapas (1995)
Throughout the 1980s/1990s, the United States launched a series of "police actions" aimed at attempting to both prevent European and Asian political influence and presence throughout Latin America, but also to enforce the century old policy of "Manifest Destiny". It was the issue of race riots at home, draft riots in major cities, a stalled economy, and an overstretched and overextended military that came to define the latter quarter of the twentieth century. In 1994, the Zapatista Army of National Liberation (EZLN), an indigenous armed organization, declared war on the Mexican Government, demanding “work, land, housing, food, health, education, independence, liberty, democracy, justice and peace.” The EZLN movement was an eye-opening event for both the Mexican government and the non-indigenous population to realize the alarming situation of indigenous people in Chiapas. The indigenous conflict in Chiapas not only provoked a domestic awareness of indigenous rights, recognition and self-determination, but also an international awakening on these issues.
Ever since 1982, the Desrobireja (trans. emancipation from slavery) has launched an armed struggle against the political governments of Europe, in defemse of the Romani Gypsy people:

Excerpt from the Desrobireja Manifesto 2009:
The major problem in the European political system, which thwarts its reform, development and regular updating, is political sectarianism. The fact that the European political system was founded on a sectarian basis represents in itself a strong restriction to the achievement of true democracy where an elected majority can rule and an elected minority can oppose, opening the door for a proper exchange of power between the loyalty and the opposition or the various political coalitions. Thus, abrogating sectarianism is a basic condition for the execution of the majority-minority rule. Yet, and until the European could achieve through their national dialogue this historic and sensitive accomplishment, which is the abrogation of political sectarianism, and since the political system in Europe is established on sectarian foundations, the homogenous democracy will linger the fundamental basis for governance in Europe, because it is the actual quintessence of the spirit of the constitution and the core of the Charter of the co-existence. From here, any approach to the national issues according to the equation of the majority and minority anticipates the achievement of the historic and social conditions for the exercise of effectual democracy in which the citizen becomes a value in itself.
There is a distinct absence of the women's electoral vote and influence in the United States of America and Western Europe starting in the 1970s until the 1990s, as seen by the advertising in local magazines and television shows of the period.

Consider that two items that haven't been ended as a result of the world wars is the medical practice of mass sterilization and lobotomies.
View attachment 699344
Up until 1982, frontal lobotomies were so common, doctors often advertised that they could conduct 200+ lobotomies over the course of a single day, at state fairs and carnivals. Doctors advertised that the treatment could cure "smoking, homosexuality, irrational wives, and increase sexual potency"....
Many of these lobotomies were justified and supported by such luminaries as Thomas Edison, Nikola Tesla, and Henry Ford, starting in 1937 under the guise of "genetic quality". As the American Medical Association (AMA) noted in its journals in 1974, "The hypotheses underlying the procedure might be called into question; the surgical intervention might be considered very audacious; but such arguments occupy a secondary position because it can be affirmed now that these operations are not prejudicial to either physical or psychic life of the patient, and also that recovery or improvement may be obtained frequently in this way..."
Americans are not trusted overseas, especially at sporting events, especially because of the the terrible reputation they have received because of "baseball/football riots" which seem to accompany every World Series and Super Bowl win:
View attachment 713669
The most notable riots have been at Cleveland (1974), Chicago (1979), Detroit (1984), Montreal (1993), Denver (1998), Los Angeles (2000), Boston (2004), Vancouver (2011). As such, Great Britain, France, and Japan have openly banned American tourists from participating in sporting events overseas,...

Contrary to the historical records provided by the Imperial Japanese military, the East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere was always a cauldron of varying ethnic and sectarian tensions waiting to explode, especially based on their harsh and brutal treatment of subject countries. The following was from the Indochina campaign of 1964-1986. Starting in 1975, reports of gross human rights abuses and brutal mass executions began to be leaked by Western intelligence agencies, as well as political opposition leaders. The following photograph features an Imperial Japanese Army soldier torturing an Indochinese guerilla, in front of members of the press. It should be noted, that after refusing to submit any information, the unknown soldier, became the subject of "bayonet practice".....
To flag that the United States still has an inflated view of its role in the world, ever since the 1985, you had "the Destroyer" series (a.k.a. Remo Williams series) by Warren Murphy and Richard Sapir, wherein an American secret agent, with the assistance of Chiun, master of the martial arts of Sinanju:
View attachment 729031
By OTL's standards, the series is racist, homophobic and misogynistic, with many who would cite the series as a "white male messiah" series. The best way to rationalize the series and its success is to consider how James Bond became the symbol of British machismo after the Second World War, with its role as global superpower all but eliminated.
Yeah like that, honestly it's Antisemitism will be more common in TL without the World Wars because No Holocaust have change the way that we view Jews.View attachment 753829
Senator Mo Brooks (R-AL) was praised by GOP leaders after stating on the Senate floor, "If socialists in the fake news media had any honor, they would cleanse their souls and atone for their sins. ”
Furthermore, “Quote: ‘In the big lie, there is always a certain force of credibility because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily,'”

To make matters worse. They will continue to be the continued targets of lynchings, conspiracy theories, and discrimination. Consider that up until the 1960s in OTL, there was a concern that there were "too many Jews in academia". Also consider that for Americans, Roman Catholics were considered "not true Christians".Yeah like that, honestly it's Antisemitism will be more common in TL without the World Wars because No Holocaust have change the way that we view Jews.
Jews will be still look at as "Outsider and Greedy" to the Average joe
Jews in TL without the World Wars will be still Orepressed and Prosecuted like in the Years before the Holocaust, but as brutal industrial like in Nazis did it's
Plus they're are the "Lucky" group in this TL.To make matters worse. They will continue to be the continued targets of lynchings, conspiracy theories, and discrimination. With that said, I wonder what the Zionist Movement would look like in this TL?Yeah like that, honestly it's Antisemitism will be more common in TL without the World Wars because No Holocaust have change the way that we view Jews.

The Zionism and probably will be a movement but not as big as before in OTL.With that said, I wonder what the Zionist Movement would look like in this TL?
USA Chicano population as well as Filipinos and other Latino American will have a worse time in TLWW ( Timeline with World Wars ) they will be forced to assimilate or get ostracize as “outsiders” in TLWW USA.Consider that one thing that gets misunderstood, but always takes place in ATLs like this is that America annexing parts of northern Mexico and Central America. This would certainly still take place in OTL, but what never seems to be shown or discussed is how the influx of Latino/Chicano, mainly Catholic would most certainly change the political and economic landscape of the country.
What's sexual contraception look like? Victorian mores still the norm here? Has the pill been invented?
It hardly follows logically that no world war equals more racism etc.Blacks and Native Americans will be treated even worse in this timeline,, they will not be allowed to be Knowledge by their crime against them and they won't ever have not even an Holiday or an Remembrance.
It hardly follows logically that no world war equals more racism etc.
The opposite argument can easily be made: the more emboiled a country is or has been in major wars, the more prevalent racist attitudes are in that country.
But again, war is hardly the driver, but rather the hardship that is caused by war.
In general, a world without WWs will be richer and more advanced, not by a little, but by a lot, and wealth / the transition into the experience economy seems to correlate heavily with more tolerance, if not being the cause of it.
Let's remember that world wars and genocide, thought correlated, are two different things. You can easily have one without the other.Agree. Holocaust discredited at least extreme forms of racism and atisemtism but even in OTL these things are not totally gone. And even without world wars racism and antisemitism would decrease notably altough slower and ITTL there would be more prejudicesd than in OTL. But mass lynching and race riots hardly are very common.
You should too notice that when people are more walthier and educated they get more knowledge about other cultures and nations. And television and social media might too help people notice that blacks and Jews are just normal people.
On the other hand, it is difficult to see why a Japan without WW1+2 would nessecarily become the master genocider of all times, leaving Pol Pot, Mao, Stalin and Hitler green with envy.Contrary to the Japanese national image that the East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere was a benign system created by the Japanese Emperor through "divine inspiration", the reality was a lot more grim, with the active genocide and enslavement of minority groups throughout Asia, with as many as 600 million + (with some estimates as high as 2.4 billion+) people killed from 1936-1997.
Let's remember that world wars and genocide, thought correlated, are two different things. You can easily have one without the other.
And spot on, beyond and above moral arguments, then in capitalism, random discrimination is simply bad for business, both because you are discouraging customers, but also because you are limiting your talent pool.
Discrimination does benefit the rules in an absolute system, such as feudalism, communism and the likes, but in an open society it is just a waste.
On the other hand, it is difficult to see why a Japan without WW1+2 would nessecarily become the master genocider of all times, leaving Pol Pot, Mao, Stalin and Hitler green with envy.
Even the armies of Ghengis Khan only killed around 10% af the worlds population back in the 13th century, and here you have Japan killing between 25%-50% of the worlds population (which in 1936 was some 2.2 billion, so the high estimate is 110% of all humans on the planet killed by Imperial Japan).
While, everything without world wars won't be rosy, it is hard to see the argument for what would make it worse.
