Prime Minister Kamehameha received some good news that the economy was improving in Hawaii and that the Hawaiian people wanted him to remain as Prime Minister in view of the recent Volcanic erruptions. They had confidence in him. The Royal Hawaiian Geographic Agency now had dispatched people to Iceland to monitor conditions there. The Italians had finally agreed to allow monitoring of the dominate Volcano there.

The RHGA had now begun to take readings in island based on the technology available. What they also received were access to Iceland's historic records. This gave them some idea of what had happen in the past. The RHGA would maintain an office in iceland and relay information to Fort Louisburg.
Copies of data that had been gathered was now being transferred to Hawaii . the documents would be sorted by experts there and put id specially printed volumes. The Royal Hawaiian Geological Agency received a series of grants from foreign governments and the Hawaiian Government also contributed 12 million dollars to the agency in view of the increased in incidents.
The Fall had altered the face of Europe but as the weather continued to return closer to the norm the European population began to return to places such as France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Portugal which had been heavily damaged had seen massive reconstruction. The City of Lisbon was now one of the most modern in Europe. Bridges and Roads had been rebuilt and the rail connection would soon go fro Lisbon to Constantinople , as the rail connections were joined.
Europe was beginning to see changes with the improvement of the weather. The Swedish Population began to move further to the north restoring Stockholm . Finland also saw a return of the Finnish population and more of Norway was inhabitable. On the mainland of Europe the Netherlands saw the return of more of its people to Holland as did Belgium to the Belgians.
Evidence became clear that the Russian Empire was stirring from the results of the Fall and was once again seeking to restore its borders. The Austro-German Empire had been busy supporting the Poles in their bid to maintain control over parts of the Russian Empire. The Poles controlled Lithuania , White Russia and part of the Ukraine.

The Nawaiian Naval Base located in Southern Ireland was also an Intelligence facility for all of Europe. Hawaiian Naval Air Ships carried out photo recon Missions over the Western part of European Russia.

The Most powerful state in Europe was the Austro-German Empire which dominated a lot of Europe and had now spread into the Middle East. The Poles had surged Eastward into the vacuum that was Russia. But now the Russian Bear was waking up and seeking to regain all of the territories it had controlled. However, The Austrians did not care to see Russia on its border and was supplying the Poles with arms and equipment and had help to retore the rail connection with its empire..

The election of Mr Ortis as Prime Minister in 1920 saw the reduction in Hawaiian Military forces station overseas. In Ireland the RHNAS(Royal Hawaiian Naval Air Service) saw one of its two special Aerial Recon airships recalled to Hawaii as well as an engineer Battalion. Portugal Engineer support force was reduced to a company and was to be cut further. Central American Republic- American Canal Zone force was reduced to a Brigade. Canada Fort Louisburg was reduced to 12 military personnel.
