Persia conquers Byzantine Empire

the Persians and Avars defeat a the Byzantine navy off the coast of Gallipoli.
On the 14-15 of May rioting broke out in Constantinople. The peasants raised a usurper and overran Constantinople imprisoning Heraclius' son Constantine. The defenders now desperate and starving opened the gates of Constantinople to the Persian-Avar army who stormed Constantinople. For two weeks the city of Justinian and Constantine was sacked in a most unholy massacre. The Avars stormed Haiga Sophia which was plundered. The barbaric Avars were rewarded with the spoils of war.

What the posters above said:
1. how could the byzantine navy been defeated?
2. How could there be famine and riots in Constantinople, since IOTL the Patriarch and the Magistrus Vonus had total control of the city and maintained a very high morale for the population?
3. IOTL, the Persians had send a comparatively small porpotion of their army to Constantinople, the siege was mainly maintained by the Avars. An the same time, Herakleios with his expeditionary force defeated the main body of the Persian Army, retaking the Syro-Palestine, and even invading in Persia "proper". Hence, no matter of what is the fate of the Persian Army before Constantinople, how do you butterfly away the performance of Herakleios in the East? I 'd not consider "morale decline" as an answer, since this army was fighting for the very survival of itself, the Roman Empire and their faith...
