What if Ross Perot had won in 1992?
To do so requires three big factors I think:
1) Tone down the paranoia and the crazy
2) Not dropping out when he was leading in the polls
3) Have a better running mate. (Jeanne Kirkpatrick flirted with the idea, so I think she'd work)
Odds are he'd end up with no friends in congress (making a real agenda difficult) and would be a one-termer. Perhaps he tries to put together a Reform Party earlier so he has some allies come 1994?
