Is it possible to have a peaceful partition of Switzerland after 1900, with the Italian/Romansh areas going to Italy, the French areas to France and German to Germany (or Austria, if its somehow easier)?

1900 is way too late for a peaceful annexation of Switzerland, you’d have to dissolve the confederation in order to get any result like that, and even then, pretty much wherever you throw a dart, the Swiss hardly have been a people to just fall apart to foreign powers. There might be a way to do this with a Sonderbund POD, but once Swiss independence is de facto, it’s nearly impossible to have them peacefully go away
The average Swiss citizen looks at their warring neighbours and dismisses them as silly. For example, the Jura mountain range may not be very high, but it is just high enough to keep those warring French on the correct side of the border.
Switzerland endured their warring period before the rest of Europe and Switzerland matured before the rest of Europe. After that, Switzerland rented its surplus young men out as mercenaries to fight wars roused by neighbours (e.g. Swiss Papal Guard).
