This is my attempt at kicking off a collaborative timeline. This was very much inspired by Peace In Our Time, the very successful TL by Randomideaguy et al., whose OP I will partly quote, in altered form.
Rule 2 is valid despite my four starting PODs killing off politicians...
I hope that this is just as successful as Peace In Our Time!
February 3, 1913: A two-year-old child in Tampico, called Ronald Reagan, dies of septicemia, caused by a pneumonia contracted after a cold. The Reagans want to stop conceiving children...
March 15, 1913: Mount Paektu erupts in Imperial Japan, adding to the consequences of the Novarupta Eruption of a year prior. It is a VEI 7, even bigger than 989, and scientists predict decisive effects on the climate of the world in the next years.
Among the immediate victims is an one-year-old child, Kim Il Sung.
April 2, 1913: A young Gavrilo Princip and his friend, Muhamed Mehmedbasic, die when a bomb accidentally goes off at the Chetnik training centre in Vranje.
May 17, 1913: One Hideki Tojo dies in a train derailing north of Incheon.
June 1, 1913: Young Adolf Hitler dies in a car accident when he tried to move from Vienna to Munich.

Randomideaguy said:I might need someone else to help with this, mainly enforcing the few rules and also consolidating dates into one post every few pages. The TL will run from 1914 to December 31st, 2015. Now, for the ground rules:
1. You cannot post any date past 1927 until the dates beforehand have been satisfactorily filled.
2. No assassinations or random killings of politicians or other important persons in politics unless you can get two other posters to support you, and even then it might get revoked if I see that every other post is just killing another politician.
3. No ASBs. No person born after the PODs can have the same role ITTL.
Now, without further ado, here are the PODs that will kick off the Collaborative Timeline:
