Around the period of 366-360 BC, there was a general rebellion of satraps in the Achaemenid Empire, that engulfed much of Asia Minor and spilled over into other parts of the empire. Is it possible for the western portion of the Achaemenid Empire to be completely lost if the rebellion goes better? The revolt was one of the lowest points the Achaemenid Empire reached prior to Alexander, and Egypt was still at large. How weakened would the Achaemenids become? How would Greek politics be affected? The Macedonians will have to conquer several small states, what butterflies could that have? How would a surviving native Egypt affect the Mediterranean?
