The empire of Bod, Tufan, or Tibet was a surprisingly large empire stretching across the Tarim Basin, eastern Turkestan, the Tibetan Plateau, the Himalayas, Bengal, and Gansu, despite Tibet's relatively low population capacity (today, it has only 3 million people).
So, i ask:
How, in Buddha's name, did Tibet grow so large for a time?
How can we prevent, or at least delay, its collapse in the late 9th century?
And what are the effects of a longer-lasting Tibetan Empire over neighboring states?
