With a POD where the Peter the Hermit and his crusaders go along side the knights for a more successful First Crusade, sacking many more Seljuq towns and resulting in a heavily reduced Turkish threat to the Byzantines, all this by the year 1101, how likely is it that:
a) The Templar Order is still founded, with the same name, symbols and ideology as they had when they were first founded in OTL
b) The Teutonic Order (founded almost 100 years after the First Crusade OTL) is still formed, with the same name, symbols and ideology
c) The Teutonic Order still leads the Northern Crusades and founds the Teutonic State
d) The Knights Hospitaller are founded with the same name, symbols and ideology (this seems inevitable by 1096 anyway)
On a side note, is it possible for the Northern Crusade to be commissioned earlier, and would the Teutonic Knights still lead it if they didn't loose their headquarters in Acre?
Thanks for your help!
