PC: Russia under the Shuisky Dynasty

Vasily Shuisky was seen as the last Rurikid tsar shortly before the Times of Troubles and the ascension of Mikhail Romanov as the first Romanov Tsar. Was there a chance for the Shuisky dynasty to survive in Russia, prolonging the Rrikid bloodline? It could be Mikhail Skopin-Shuisky that could succeed Vasily. How can this happen?

Having the Shiskys not poison Skopin-Shuisky could be a start ;)

There was a lot of tension among the nobles, that's what made succession problematic. Not only did you have to have the support of everyone but also be successful when it came to governing. Few had that combination.

So Mikhail Skopin-Shuisky living a lot longer would have to require winning the support of the nobility. Moreover, if he was single, then he could have married Lady Ksenia Godunova and probably give the Rurikid dynasty some more breathing room.

When Vasily IV was Tsar, Russia and Sweden were formal allies though that kinda fell apart. If not the Shuiskys and if Mikhail Romanov was killed before 1612, which dynasty had a chance of taking the Russian throne? Assuming of course, that the Godunovs were also killed.
