Meet the new Superpower, the Neo-Turkish Empire :p

Of course, this means various leftover nukes from those ex-soviet states are now yours, and there's definitely no Armenians in your land. They all voluntarily emigrate themselves to Europe proper, they are voluntarily emigrate themselves to Europe proper, they are voluntarily emigrate themselves to Europe proper, they are voluntarily emigrate themselves to Europe proper, they are voluntarily emigrate themselves to Europe proper, they are voluntarily emigrate themselves to Europe proper, for the ***BEEP***'s sake, do not believe those Western lies!

...

Seriously now, this is bad for another ethnicities lies between the Turkic people... this is kinda translating Mein Kampf made by a Dutch Hitler into a central Asian Setting...

Um, what?

I think panturkism suffers the same issues as panslavism as not only are there lots of non-Turk ethnicities present in between, but the Turkic groups involved have fought each other loads of times. Pan-turanism, which is even broader than this, has even more problems.

Pan-Turanism is even less plausible than pan-Slavism, to be honest.

That being said, there may be some possibility of what would become the Soviet Central Asian states becoming a pan-turkic union. It just couldn't have Turkey, or even Azerbaijan.

The only window for this is 1917-1924. There are two possibilities.

The Turkish general who went rogue in Central Asia (can't remember but I think it was Enver Pasha) sets himself up as a warlord supported by the White movement. This is hard because there is no feasible foreign supporter and requires the Whites to be strong enough to hold off the Bolsheviks but not strong enough to gobble up Central Asia.

OR

The Turkestan Autonomous SSR somehow becomes independent, with some sort of weird alternate development of the Bolshevik movement taking 'cultural protection' to the extreme by granting independence, but alliance with the Turkestan SSR, Transcaucasian SSR and so on. But this would be immensely stupid, and anyone at all power-hungry in the USSR would overturn it.

So there's a tiny window, and even within that window it's highly unlikely. But maybe not quite impossible.
