PC: Nazi-Polish Alliance in the '30s?

I know that looking back at OTL, this concept doesn't seem likely at all, but there were certainly movements towards it earlier on in the Nazi regime. The German–Polish Non-Aggression Pact comes to mind, as does the Polish occupation of Teschen. Additionally, you have a marked interest by the Nazi regime in coordinating with Poland against the Soviet Union, to the point of telling Nazi officials in Danzig to be conciliatory and friendly towards Poland so as to not damage the current good relations between the two, as noted here.

Ultimately, nothing would come of this, since the leadership of Poland (probably correctly) believed that aligning themselves too closely with the Nazis would lead to being little more than their puppet. But what would it take for their minds to be changed? And how would Polish and German territorial goals overlap and differ to the east? Obviously this would kill any chance of a Nazi-Soviet rapprochement, with such an obvious alliance targeted at them. But I'm wondering what everyone else thinks, as this idea's been rattling around in my mind for a while.

@Napoleon IV had a good scenario for a Nazi-Polish alliance in his Imperious Chairman TL, highly recommend it.

Man, alternate Soviet leadership, a Nazi-Polish alliance, AND a Xi'an incident gone wrong? It's like this guy read my mind for the vague TL idea I've had in my head for years.

A more aggressive Soviet foreign policy could definitely be a factor pushing this alliance, though.

Agreed. Also, though, having no Anglo-French guarantee to Poland in 1939 could also secure such an alliance.
