PC: Independent Kingdom of Georgia + alternate names for Georgia?

I wasn't sure whether I should put this in before or after 1900 but since the POD is early in the 19th century I put it here. Now the main issue with this PC is that it occurs over a century after my POD in 1812, but hopefully you all can help anyway. The important information is the Bourbons keep the throne of France after their restoration in 1815 and Austria wins the ATL equivalent of the Austro-Prussian War. Due to the French keeping the throne, republics are viewed almost entirely as a 'New World' concept and monarchies are held most highly in Europe, even more so than OTL. In the 20th century, a war between Russia and Austria and several other countries results in an independent Georgia breaking away from Russia, under Austrian influence. My question is:

  • Is it possible for the new state of Georgia to be a constitutional monarchy?
  • Is it possible to have a native monarchy?
  • If so, is it possible to have a member of the Bagrationi family that had ruled Georgia for nearly a millennia restored to the throne?
  • Or is it more likely that a German or other West European would take the throne, as with the Balkan states in OTL? (Keep in mind Georgia only lost independence a century before its new independence in ATL)

My second query is, in my TL, there is a Republic of Georgia in North America, and as such I feel Georgia wouldn't have official name 'Georgia' in other languages to avoid confusion. What alternate names could be used in English? The Georgian name for Georgia is Sakartvelo, and historical kingdoms in what is now Georgia include Colchis, Iberia, Lazica, Kartli, Abkhazia, Imereti, Kakheti, Meshketi, Tao-Klarjeti etc etc, but most of these names are somewhat regional (Kartli and Iberia being centered on eastern Georgia and Tblisi and Colchis, Lazica and Abkhazia all being specifically western). So what is most likely?

The last king of an independent Georgia, George XII had a heir and a few spareS lol so just choose one of them.

That would be your best bet at a native born king and ax long as the restorated king of france is constitutionally bound then it should be fine.

Foreign countries may argue about who should be king eg russia will fight for one of their own be put on the throne but britain and austria will argue against this. Similar to the formation of the kingdon of Greece after the congress of vienna.

Georgia could have easily ended up simply with its English name being the anglicized version of its Georgian name rather than the seemingly random name it got.
