PC: Henry IV not assassinated = War of Jülich Succession -> Earlier 30YW

If Henry IV of France had not been assassinated in 1610, would he have intervened directly into the War of Jülich Succession? If so, what impact would this have had on the conflict and the main players (particularly the Palantine and Brandenburg)? And could this escalate into a conflict that becomes TTL’s version of the Thirty Years War?
