Anyway Nigeria could nationalize it's oil supply before the Nigerian civil war

Would this lead to British support for Biafra and would possible British support lead to American backing of Biafra.

They will fall into the arms of the Soviet Union.
Coup, civil war or straight invasion. I don't see Nigeria escaping one of the three.
