PC: Bigger Armenian Cultural Influence

I was wondering since the Greeks, Persians and Romans have managed to create decent civilizations, can Armenia become as influential in the ancient era as those civilizations mentioned above? I'm aiming for say, a few nomadic groups that adopt Armenian culture, institution and language (or loanwords into their own language)

Armenian history is admittedly not my strong point, but perhaps the kingdom of Urartu survives and is subsequently "armenianized".

You would have to find a way for them to have a bigger population and for their kingdoms to survive for a longer time.

Right, so either nerfing the Roman Republic or not having the Bagratid domains split among crown princes(or just have the Bagratids flat-out absorb Vaspurakan) both come to mind. Might help for the larger population and greater durability.
One other thought: Armenian culture is a pretty strong presence across most of the middle-east and are pretty influential(in the sense of "most places had some sort of Armenian presence, it's a fairly important regional language", and so on and so forth). Maybe we could have Armenian culture be more influential globally today if there was a larger Armenian immigrant population in the United States, and especially in New York(say, have most of the Armenian immigrants who wound up in California OTL move there), so they're famous out of proportion to their actual population.

That could have worked, but I'm aiming for an Armenian cultural influence to be projected into the rest of the Caucasus. Basically what I'm looking for is the possibility of Armenia playing the role of Greece, Persia or China, civilizing any nomadic invaders who invaded them. Vaspurakan was seen as the cradle of Armenian civilization, so how can Greater Armenia endure for a very long time? Granted that they became the very first nation in the entire world to adopt Christianity as the official religion, could other nations be Christianized by Armenians?

Oh, when you mentioned nerfing the Roman Republic, I had in mind a Roman Republic that splits into three independent 'kingdoms', one that is controlled by Marc Antony and Cleopatra, another state controlled by either Octavian or the Republic itself, and a state controlled by Agrippa. Are these possible too?

I was also thinking of the diaspora, but a bit further back. The Armenians played the Jewish-Lebanese-Chinese role of merchant/banker minority in much of the Balkans and the Middle East. If the Armenians could spread to central and western Europe - for instance, if Jews were unavailable to fill that niche for some reason - then their music, literature and philosophy might have a similar impact on Western culture that the Jews did in OTL.

BTW, there were Armenians in New York. During the 1930s-50s, Eighth Avenue was full of Armenian nightclubs, and the Golden Horn was one of the city's most celebrated restaurants in the late '30s. The trouble is that there weren't enough of them to fill a major cultural niche.

Although what kind of PoD would we need in order to butterfly the rise of the Jewish diaspora and have more Armenian Diasporas throughout the world? One of the ideas that appealed to me was the idea of Armenian absorption of Vaspurakan. I'm looking at a couple of things:

- A decent sized 'Armenian Empire' that acts as the buffer between the fractured Romes, Parthia, and possibly the northern steppes.

- A couple of nations that owe their cultural influences to Armenia.

You can't have both a large scale Armenian diaspora and a large Armenian empire influencing the world, so which are you trying to pursue here?

When I meant that nations which owe their cultural influences to Armenia, they still retain their original identity but they fused it with Armenian culture, but yeah, I could have an Armenian Empire influencing the world.
