What if during the Dark Ages a PanSlavic SuperPower analogous to China emerges in Europe what would be the consequences.
Their already was such a superpower, the Kievien Rus who ruled a vast empire across most of modern day Russia started by Vladimir the GreatWhat if during the Dark Ages a PanSlavic SuperPower analogous to China emerges in Europe what would be the consequences.
The Dark Ages is rather hard to do. The only realistic candidates are either Poland-Lithuania or Russia. An industrialized Imperial Russia with a military as powerful as the USSR's in 1944 might pull it off, but to unify the Slavs in Pan-Slavia would involve to some extent the later things go as much genocidal brutality as attempts to build Pan-Germany led to. Unless they for some reason use kid gloves with the Romanians and Hungarians.
That's exactly only Poland-Lithuania or Russia have the realistic chances to reunite the Slavic people but it is too late in 1500. We can do that in 1000!
