Over by Christmas 1914, Germany and Austria victorious

WI Gemrnay had decied on a Russia first strategy

In OTL the defensive forces on the French border did suprisingly well against superior French forces.

Mors forces sent East.

Russia offer tolerable terms?

Serbia gives huge consessions to the succesful Austrian forces.

What then happens in Europe?

The big problem with a 'Germany East First' is that there are firm limits on what they can achieve in the East in the first mobilisation-offensive and IOTL a large portion of them were achieved by a single Army. The 1913 eastern plan allocated 4 armies to the east, all they could hope to engage were 2 armies and a few border forts and one or two later mobilising armies. This seems like a lot, but Russia had 10 armies in 1914 and 6 of them were going nowhere near Germany and even half of the ones that were would have time to deploy out of harms way.
