With the withdrawal of the United States of America from the Dominican Republic and anti-American sentiment high on Hispaniola, the Soviet Union attempted to use this sentiment in the Caribbean and Central America to break the Monroe Doctrine, by fighting American intervention and occupation forces in the region. Anti-American sentiments also grew in Cuba, were the local dictator was pro-United States American and to ensure the right man was doing the job, Joseph Stalin, known for his persuasion, his ruthlessness and good ability of organization and keeping those underneath him in line was given control over a local offshoot of the NKVD specialized in anti-Imperial, anti-Colonial and revolutionary operations, like the ones Trotzky had lead so successfully in Russia and later China. This way Stalin, like Trotzky was away from true centers of power and so that Trotzky and his Trotzkyists no longer would gain more support and influence, the overall vote fell on Stalin this time. As the regional head of operations he would lead the overall forces to oppose United States supported governments, companies and overall influence in the region, partially supported by the Stalinists he brought with him. Quickly the locals were rallied against American companies and intervention forces alike, who payed them poor loans and supported despotic dictators and tyrants in power, deposing legitimate governors and presidents of legal elected governments alike, to keep their own favorable puppets in power. At the same time the Soviet Union, while supporting local rebel and guerrilla groups with finances, instructors, propaganda and weapons, did not outright attack and oppose the United States to directly in fear of worsening relations between their two nations and to keep the look of anti-American actions coming purely from local sources. The United States of America tried to counter this movement, by withdrawing all forces, except those around the United States leased Panama Canal and encouraged local United States Company influenced, or ruled politicians, governments and presidents to form the so called Central American Federation (Federation de Centroamerica) out of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama as a marionette and puppet regime to keep the region under control. Local socialist, communist and national groups in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras and Costa Rica therefore quickly rose up against the new federal nation state, as well as each other.
In the meantime the Soviet Union began planning for a new major city called Rykovgrad to show the superiority of new Soviet union architecture, planning and ideas. At the same time anti-British and anti-Imperial tendencies in the British Raj between Hindu/Hindi/Indians and Pakistani/ Mohammedans/ Muslims were also attempted to be exploited, as the local Pakistani/ Mohammedans/ Muslims minority, as well as the Dalits (Untouchable Cast/ Class of India) masses was also encouraged by the Socintern and Comintern alike with the promise of local ethnic and religious nation states for all oppressed within the British Raj and free People’s Republics and autonomy for all of them. One hope of doing so was the use of Socialist Christianity, Socialist Islamism and Socialist Buddhism alike, as it was already encouraged and coordinated in the Soviet Union. Social Christianity encouraged the caring acts and love for the community under Jesus Christ, while Social Islamism emphases the teachings of Mohammad and the Muslim community, while Socialist Buddhism followed the teachings of Buddha. All three claimed to archive Heaven, Jannah, or Nirvana already on Earth trough their political and ideological means, if people just returned to the true meanings of their own teachings, like their founders had preached them, claiming modern churches had poisoned the truth and profited from corrupting these religions and that socialism and communism, like Rykovism was instead the truest and most modern interpretation of this holy scriptures and teachings. Naturally this lead to a massive break with some of the established churches and religious heads over fear of loosing their leucine and those parts of the branches following Rykovism and falling under guidance by the new Soviet Union State. While the Dawes Plan agreed upon in Paris resolves some open questions of overall German reparations, the Soviet Union faces the August Uprising in Georgia, were several thousand supporters of the Committee for an Independence of Georgia rise up as Georgian guerrilla groups. While the uprising would be quickly crushed in brute force, it rises the question of the independent smaller Soviet Republic Unions being maybe to autonomous. At the same time some proposed the overall uprising could, despite a lack of evidence, be tied to Stalin and his Stalinists who had a stronghold in the Caucasian region, to purge them all for good and get rid of the thread that they posed within the Party and within the Soviet Union.
