Ottomans win the First Balkan War

In the First Balkan War, the Ottomans were knocked out so quickly that they didn't have time to mobilize their Anatolian reserves. What if they went on the defensive early, brought in Anatolian reserves, and went on to win handily?

Would the Ottomans seize territory from any of the Balkan League Powers?

How would the Great Powers react?

The Young Turks and the Constitutionalists' base of power was in Europe IIRC. Constitutional governance may be stronger in the Ottoman Empire here.

A victory is certainly possible. The Army in Anatolia could not have been moved across as in OTL. If the fleet doesn't get destroyed by Italy then they can keep the Greek navy busy.

There won't be landgrab now. The Ottomans crushed Greece in 1897 yet the Ottomans gained nothing and lost Crete in return. It won't change now either. Possibly a Status Quo.
