OTL Map Challenge and Request

I really need a good UCS map of the internal divisions of the Russian Empire. Is anyone good enough at this to create such internal divisions? It does look slightly more simple than the divisions of the Soviet Union, and we've made USSR internal divisions maps before.

Have you got a higher resolution version?

That's the highest resolution I could find. Strange how there aren't any more maps on the oblasts of the Russian Empire.
