OTL history: How demographically damaging was the French Revolution/Napoleonic Wars?

How did the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars affect the demographics of France? Not only how many people died, but how many emigrated? And how did the birth rate change for that matter?

By the end of the 100 Days, would France have been exhausted from war? If so, would this be absolutely, or relatively to the other powers?

How many settled in French Illyria, the French Netherlands, and such?

EDIT: Side question: How would the Napoleonic French armies handle a hypothetical area with even worse infrastructure than Russia, but closer to France?

In terms of the non-French bits of Napoleonic France there was basically zero "settlers" though quite a lot of soldiers and bureaucrats plus a few carpet-baggers. So despite there being a surprisingly large number of (real) Frenchmen in French Illyria for example they were transient and left basically no demographic legacy (apart from presumably a few bastards).
