Oscar Wilde never goes to court

Its simple really. Would Mr. Wilde be able to produce any more literary works if he decided against his libel suit? Or would Queensbury go after him anyhow? Might he live much longer?

i think Queensbury would of left him alone, Wilde is famous and popular and has powerful friends, the libel suit was the opening to take Wilde down something that'd be very hard to do without the suit.
any way i do think Wilde would live longer, maybe a lot longer and write much more.
i love to see Wilde's affect on gay life in the 20's and 30's (a very open time in and around Europe)
it'd also be fun to see what he thought of the world war(s)
