Is it possible to turn the North Germanic and Finnic peoples to Orthodoxy, or does the spread of Catholicism have a geographic advantage?

It certainly is possible. There was a thread I posted a while back on an Orthodox Christian Sweden - I'd have to use the Search function to find it, however.

There were Orthodox Finns in Karelia, for certain...I'm descended from some.
