Operation Sea Lion: A Joint Critical Analysis, Or, How Hitler Could Have Won, If He W

Has anyone seen this?

It seems to be a study by three US officers (one from each service) who studied the Unspeakable Sea Mammal and decided that if Hitler Hadn't Been Hitler, and had been able to get all the boys to play on the same team, they could have somehow overcome the disparity between the Luftwaffe's assignments and its capabilities, force-multiplied the Kriegsmarine by a vast proportion, and whipped up logistics out of somewhere.

Or have I pretty much refuted the book without seeing it? But seriously, I am curious about this, seeing as it pretty much goes against the conclusions of those of us who have studied it from Alison Brooks on down.

Edit: The title got trimmed. In full, it is: Operation Sea Lion: A Joint Critical Analysis, Or, How Hitler Could Have Won, If He Were More "Joint"

Particularly as this basically confirms that the Vichy Regime is nothing but a German Puppet, that all of de Gaulle's propoganda is true, and that the Free French are the only French worth fighting for, which is precisely why Petain didn't send in the Vichy Navy for joint operations in the first place.
