Operation Roundup carried out

Are we assuming a 1942 Roundup before the BotA is won? I don't think that is possible; a 1943 invasion instead of Italy is doable and probably a pretty good option, even if the 1944 supply lines aren't in place yet.

1942? Operation Roundup is a plan for an invasion of France in the Spring of 1943 on a front Boulonge to Le Havre.

If in place of Dieppe, it preempts Kursk and takes advantage of German losses in Tunisia, while still forcing the Germans to keep troops in Sicily. It would probably go pretty well initially and bog down as the Germans move reinforcements in. The Luftwaffe is worn down fighting in France, rather than over Italy and Germany in 1943. Instead of Kursk the Germans do their damnedest to push the Allies back into the sea, but probably come up short in the face of Allied air power. There was another thread about it already and the consensus was that it was better for the Allies in terms of the Germans being at a nadir in strength and no Kursk means the Soviets can go on the offensive in May against a weaker Eastern Front.

Shipping-wise it hurts because Italy still leaves the Mediterranean closed off and it would result in heavier losses to the Wallies compared to OTL strategy.
