One wrong turn in the right direction: A Collaborative TL

Alright so here's my first attempt at a collaborative project. Just two rules for this TL:

1) All PODs submitted should occur between 29/06/1914 at earliest and 31/12 1964 at latest.

2) Absolutely no ASBs or overly implausible submissions. Such posts shall be ignored and not be considered canon to the TL.

...

And now, the POD that kicks off the ATL:

28th June 1914: Leopold Loyka, driver of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, accidentally makes a wrong turn enroute to a hospital in Sarajevo, where the heir of the Austro-Hungarian throne plans to visit those wounded from an earlier attempt on his life. Loyka attempts to rectify his mistake and reverses, just as a Serbian assassin by the name of Gavrilo Princip prepares to shoot the Archduke. He unwittingly slams the car right into Princip and knocks the would-be assassin out cold - inadvertedly saving the Archduke's life. Princip is immediately taken into custody, while Franz Ferdinand hails his driver as an Imperial hero. Unbeknownst to him, the bewildered Loyka has set off a chain of events that would dramatically alter the course of history.
