"One Nation, many states"- The effects of United Turkey, Bosnia and Albania

I have read in several places about how Turkey, Bosnia and Albania cherish a United heritage of the Ottomon era and how their closeness was mentioned as "One Nation, Two States" at the founding of these countries.

So what if, in an Alternate timeline, these three states decided to create one Unified state under a revolutionary and a Secularist leader in the 20th Century?

How would they stay together, how would the demographics of this state evolve? How would the Geo-politics of Balkans and Middle East be affected in the later days? How would the economy take shape?

The best possibility is 1912 when the Ottomans do not fight the Balkan Wars or they win it. Bosnia is under Habsburg control but I wouldn't necessarily say it is impossible to regain the former province. A lot of luck is needed.

It is going to be a Federal State. Albanians were pressuring for it and a return of Bosnia will want that as well.

Isn't the one nation two states phrase used to refer to Turkey-Azeribaijan relations not the Turkish relation with bosnia and albania?

Bosnia and Albania are largely named by neo Ottomanists from Turkey. Never heard it from Albanians or Bosnians.

Turkey-Azerbaijan unity comes from the nationalist side
