On the Valley of Odra - a "Slavic Upper Silesian" TL

I am interested in the Silesians and Silesian language, I am creating this TL which is about a scenario making Upper Silesia more Slavic but with a 16th century POD...

I am thinking about Opole-Raciborz and also later Cieszyn being ruled by Radzwills or a Catholic brahch of Hohenzollerns later on.

But lets begin..

....I'm gonna have to stop you with a 16th century POD, which would be ASB. Perhaps preventing the Mongolian invasion of Silesia of 1241 would be your best option...

It is Upper Silesia not Lower Silesia..

Upper Silesia was more or less 50% Slavic Speaking on the 16th Century...

Prolog

On 1521, Valentin of Raciborz survived his sickness and was able to live a longer life and succeeded in the Duchy of Opole from Jan II the Good of Silesia and merged the Duchies of Opole and Raciborz on 1530 married Anna, the second daughter of Sigismund Augustus and Barbara Zapolya on 1533.

Valentin of Raciborz m. Anna the Jagellonian
-Ludwik b.1535
-Jadwiga b. 1540
-Siemowit b.1542, priest

In the region of Silesia, the old traditions of Poland as well as the renaissance of Culture of Poland and Bohemia would merge into one another creating a new vibrant Silesian Culture, Valentin of Opole-Raciborz is a friend of the Archbishop of Krakow.

Valentin of Raciborz assisted Sigismund Augustus in improving the towns of Wielun Czestochowa (Czynstochowa) which are important to the Silesians as well, people from Lesser Poland were told to work in Upper Silesia by the Archbishop of Krakow.

The Archbishop of Krakow made the Duchy of Siewierz a Co-Principality to the Archbishop of Krakow and the Duke of Opole-Raciborz.

And for this reason Opole-Raciborz has always sided with Poland and Austria on the conflicts with the Hohenzollerns and the Protestants, it was due to the Polish and Catholic character of the Duchy of Opole-Raciborz rather than anything which caused this part of Silesia to be oasis of the Polish Catholic culture in Silesia, although Cieszyn is Polish in character it is the Duchy of Opole and Raciborz that remains Polish Catholic Slunski majority in culture while Cieszyn is Lutheran and Polish while Lower Silesia is 80-90% German at this point however since the Slavic population increase in Opole-Raciborz, the Slavs or the Slavic Silesian became 60-70% of the population in Opole-Raciborz while in Cieszyn it remained just half of the population which is starting to convert to Lutheranism.

The Duchy of Opole-Raciborz
Comprises of the Duchies of:
-Opole
-Raciborz
-Bytom
-Siewierz(Co-Principality)
