On the Undefeatability of the Royal Navy

Where can I find good information on the formidable-ness of the British Royal Navy in the 18th and 19th century and how it compared with navies of other powers of those ages?

The Line Upon the Wind: The Great War at Sea, 1793-1815 by Noel Mosert

Dreadnought: Britain, Germany, and the Coming of the Great War by Robert K. Massie (which has wonderful information about the Royal Navy in the late 19th Century)

The Command of the Ocean: A Naval History of Britain, 1649-1815, both by N. A. M. Rodgers

This was actually the only one from your list I already knew about, and from what I've heard about it, it appears to be the definitive book on 18th century British naval history. Thus a shame the guy hasn't written one on the 19th century.
