Just a question on a 'Central Powers Victorious' scenario. Let's assume that the war's gone really well for the Central Powers (whatever the POD) and that the war is drawing to its close in 1917. Russia has descended into anarchy, France surrendered, Italy was broken, the U.S. never entered the war, and Britain is about to sign an armistice.
More to the point, what might the treater (whatever that is) yield to the victorious Central Powers (I'm thinking Germany, Bulgaria, Austria-Hungary, and the Ottomans of course). It doesn't matter if it's just passing something into their influence; so more or less, colonies?
What puppet states might be formed in the wake of their victory?
