Occitans ally with aL-andalus

When, and how. In particular, are you suggesting that the Albigensians hook up with Muslims to jointly fight the Catholics?
Can't be, there was no Al-Andalus during the Cathar Hersey war. They were just an Almohad province, plus Las Navas happened right at the start so the Muslims would be able to offer no effective help anyway.

I don't claim to speak for the OP, but I'm not sure this would relate to the Albigensians - they fought well and perhaps better than what their numbers and position should have been capable of, but they had no desire or interest in fighting Christendom except for self-defence - they weren't going to make alliances with Muslims when they hope they could peacefully exist and continue to convert "orthodox" Christians. From the point when they were actually attacked, they were constantly under siege. At the same time, Al-Andalus was gradually getting weaker, and though it still had strength, it didn't have the strength to punch through the Conquistador Spanish crusader states to meet up with the Albigensians. Neither of the two had the capability to put such an alliance to good use. I would also call into question whether the Albigensians would ever want to ally with Al-Andalus against their common adversaries anyway. I mean, after all, the Cathars believed themselves to be the true followers of Christianity, and they believed just as fervently that Muslims were heathens who had invoked God's wrath. If any two factions of the three had to ally, it would be the two Christian powers.

As for whether it could happen earlier...possibly, though Occitania didn't really have the independence to be making these deals throughout basically any of this period, so I have my doubts...
