Nuremberg Trials if WW2 had been fought by the Allies+Axis versus the Soviets?

They obviously wouldn't have been called Nuremberg Trials, but assuming something similar took place, would the same principles be used to judge the Soviet leadership? Perhaps something like Crimes Against Property would be added?
 
That wholly depends on what the Soviets have done to make the Allies and Axis join forces to beat them. And when.

In any case there are certainly crimes against humanity, war crimes and several geneva law violations to do a trial for.
 
definitively! those gulags were first real crimes, second killed more people then any other dictator in Europe.
