Nuclear Weapons in Korea

Lets say that Truman accedes to Macs request for use of nuclear weapons in Korea, both in Korea and Manchuria. (OTL he did actually authorise the deployment of weapons to theater before and after he sacked Mac).

How would it change history. There has been a nuclear taboo since Korea, would this see nations more willing to use nuclear weapons to solve the issue?

If nukes were used, wouldn't it even be more important to see nukes as truly different weapons (in the category of chemical and biological weaponry)?

I think that would have occured, but if the Yanks used it again in Korea, you would have governments seeing it as beinbg politically useable in some circumstances, unlike OTL.
