What do you think how realistic following scenario would have been:

Hitler and his schoolmates would have founded some kind of "boys' club"
in the turn of 1800s and 1900s, and this club would later have evolved to NSDAP as we know it. Let's say that Hitler and others are in the beginning 10 years old.

In the beginning the club (because of members' age) wouldn't naturally have been in any way political, but some kind wargame club. Some elements of upcoming NSDAP could still have existed already at that time.
E.g.
- Hitler could have become boys' "Führer".
- Swastika as emblem of the club
- Nazi salute (with Heil Hitler shout)
- Some kind of military ranks
- Primitive (perhaps paper-made) swastika flags, armbands and marks of military ranks

The most interesting question is, how this playful club would have become NSDAP.

Would it be so that actual activity of the club would have ended in their puberty (when wargames would have become too childish). As older age they would have participated WWI, met after it and then founded actual NSDAP, and for some reason taken those above mentioned elements from their childhood's club to use.
