Here's an edited map of North America. What happened here?

Also, Rhode Island is in it's normal location, but the full name is just too long.

Vermont remains independent as New Connecticut. New England splits during the War of 1812, then Rhode Island. US annexes Santo Domingo after it gains its independence, Spain sells Cuba some time during the 1840's. Nebraska and Oregon territories never split. New Mexico Territory splits as it was planned. Baja California taken sometime during the mid 19th century.

Could you post a blank version of that map, please.
