Non Communist Middle European dictatorships during Cold War

Except the regimes in Portugal, Spain and Greece could there have been dictatorial military governments in any other European country from 1945 onwards ? There had been intensions in Italy and Belgium had been on the brink of civil war after WW2.

France had a very strong communist party after WWII. If the French communist attempt a revolution, let's say in 1944 or 1945 while American troops are in the country, I can imagine a military dictatorship backed by US and Britain emerge in France.

Italy was in much the same boat, and there was American meddling in their elections IOTL.

I think another possibility is:

- Communism is much, much more effective than OTL (whatever the reasons are, maybe some democracy after 1968)
- in the 70s, communist parties begin to grow strong in western countries and it's plausible that they will win the elections and take power peacefully
- to prevent this, liberal and conservative parties approve military dicatorships and support coups in France, Great Britain, Germany etc. in the 80s

Britain's very coup-phobic post-Cromwell, so I don't think that would work so well. Bummer, I guess, because otherwise they could have had an overreaction to Labour's more radical program in the 70's. France and Italy are, as we've established, workable, Germany and smaller countries I'm not as sure about.

There was a plot against Harold Wilson in the UK by certain extreme elements of the military and security forces. It was likely some way off of being realized, but if things got considerably worse, either under Wilson or a later PM who is well to the left, then perhaps a military dictatorship could be seen in the late cold war.
