What would've happen to Japan's history if ever Nobunaga survived Mitsuhide's betrayal at Honnou-ji? Would it guarantee a final victory for the Oda in the Sengoku period? Would this butterfly away Hideyoshi & Ieyasu?

What are the other possible butterflies?

The other possibility is that some of the Oda's allies may turn on him believing this to be the best time to get rid of him. You may even see Tokugawa taking the lead in this if he believes he will come out on top. He already threatened to turn on Nobunaga once before when was being beaten by the Takeda. I woudl say though, you would need to slow down the word of Nobunaga's survival to make that truly feasible.
Another possibility is that Oda carries on his conquests while Hashiba (Toyotomi) and Tokugawa remain vassals. But such an incident is going to cause shockwaves of somesort. You may even see Nobunaga blame the betrayal of some of his less liked vassals, which could in turn lead to more purges.
