No Wydevilles

Edward IV was supposed to marry Bona of Savoy, daughter of Duke Louis I of Savoy and Anne de Lusignan of Cyprus. Instead, Edward honored his marriage/betrothal to Lancastrian widow, Elizabeth Wydeville. After Edward's death, the Lord Protector, declared that Edward and Elizabeth's marriage was null and void, due to a precontract with the Lady Elinor Talbot, and his issue illegitimate.

What if Bona had gone to London instead of Milan? And Jacquetta of Luxemburg's children merely stay the children of a country baron, instead of the siblings of the king's wife.

The main issue with this was Warwick was pushing a french alliance for Edward IV as a way of suring up support against Lancaster (forcing the French into abandoning support for Margaret of Anjou)

It ignored Edward's own view on the matter (he was at this period far more pro-burgundian and had no great desire to push a French match)

There were other candidates mooted including Isabella of Castille.

In this TL who is the wife of Galeazzo Maria Sforza, Duke of Milan? it is possible that Lodovico il Moro does not take power? And as a result, Charles VIII does not invade the kingdom of Naples?

I think the big problem is that by this point the great magnates were increasingly adopting a might makes right approach to the Crown of England and were ready to rebel whenever they spotted advantage. So even if Edward IV makes a good marriage and produces children he's still going to have to a deal with two very powerful younger brothers and two over mighty subjects in the form of the Earl of Warwick and the Duke of Buckingham. Unless at least one or two of those end up dead and their massive properties annexed to the crown you are going to see continued civil strife.

Marie of Savoy, OTL Comtesse de St. Pol et de Ligny, was betrothed at the age of 7/8 to Galeazzo's younger brother, Filippo Maria, and spurned when he was later married to his cousin, Costanza Sforza (how could she compete against his cousin?:D). Perhaps she stills goes to Milan as a link between France-Savoy-Milan.

LOL

Marie of Savoy might make a good Duchess for Milan if Bona goes instead to London. Alternatively, if Isabel of Castile goes to London, does la Beltraneja have a better shot at being crowned queen?

It would be La Beltraneja who would marry Ferdinand instead...in OTL Ferdinand of Castile tried to propose to La Beltraneja after Isabel's death.
