apart from the war casualties, very likely no spanish flu. so thats another 70-140M people.
We might get famines earlier and perhaps then more environmental damage from increased farming like what happend in the dust bowl. Also maybe not without the food trade being disrupted so badly by WW1 that boosted food prices so high and caused things like over farming in the Midwest.
Would European birthrates drop so early or so quickly without the world wars?
