For a POD, let's say that Stanisław I Leszczyński dies a year earlier, than August II does and August III is elected virtually unopposed.
Would the Russo-Turkish war still happen? Would it begin earlier? The main problem if the Russian campaigns were the logistics, so the results there wouldn't change much, I believe, but what about the Habsburgs? Would they still get involved? If yes, could they fare better compared to OTL? Even if there's no clear victory, only preserving their gains from the previous war could mean a lot.
So without the humiliating defeats in the War of Polish Succession and in the Austro-Russo-Turkish War, what would change? Would there be still a War of Austrian Succession? What are the other consequences?
I'm looking forward to all of your answers!
