No USA, what kind of Switzerland?

Many threads have been concerned with the breakup of ghe 13 original colonies and no US Constitution. But few delve into how the US Constitution influenced world development. The 1848 constitution of Switzerland was influnced by the US Constitution for example. Can angone give examples of nations we dont normally think of as being connected to US history that might have developed differently?

All of South America.
France.
China (Sun Yat Sen was impressed by American constitution)
Germany

Any ideas on how specifically their history may change? I think the French Revolution was inspired by the American REVOLUTION as opposed to the specific Constitution or fact that the 13 Colonies stuck together. Could the French Republic and republican ideals would still spread and inspire China and may even take the place of US Constitution when inspiring more republics? Could this mean French stays the international language of diplomacy instead of English or does the size and number of British colonies turned into independent states give more of an edge to English?
