THey'd have to have gone one of the ways, so this would require one faction losing to the other (even though they may not realise it since they don't think of themselves as a faction). Which one is it?
If the Hussites stay radical, militant and aggressive, there is a good chance that the movement will eventually burn itself out. A lot of their cohesion and strength came from being under constant attack, and the princes of the HRE are going to tire of getting beaten at some point. Once there is peace for want of enemies, what will they do? I suspect what will happen is that they turn inwards and tear themselves apart over social and theological issues. Turning into an expansionist, aggressive faith with crusades against the infidel neighbours is possible, but not that likely IMO. Historically it could get interesting, though. That would mean eventually getting crushed militarily, and it would get very ugly.
If the compromise faction wins out, that could give them a better negotiating position to deal with the return of the king. More effective military forces to threaten resistance or - in the event of a good agreement - put at his disposal, for one thing. You might see an earlier, more prominent model of religious coexistence between a 'reformed' and Catholic group. Giving popes conniptions is something I approve of in principle, and the legal precedents this could create is a great POD for lovers of the nitty-gritty. Imagine the Lutherans pointing to Bohemia as a precedent from day one: That's what we want, the law allows for it. we are good Christians, but we will not suffer the unevangelical rule of Rome! It would put the early reformers in a much better legal position in the Empire.
