No Operation Anvil & delayed use of Riviera ports in '44-'45, does it make this intra-German border?

Lack of a French Riviera-based invasion likely leads to the revised intra-German border shown?

Say the Western Allies do all their invading of France from the channel and possibly Atlantic coast of France, and not the Mediterranean. Marseille and the Riviera ports do not become usable by the WAllies, at least until later (like '45), perhaps the Germans get majorly dug in to the end of the war like they did in the Breton ports.

This eliminates Devers and the Free French advance up the Rhone and eventual "right turn" into Baden and Wurttemburg. Instead those areas get approach from due west or northwest.

Could the Soviets make gains by VE day in Bohemia, Austria and Bavaria, as shown here?
