No Mexican Independence

Whe have had a lot of Time lines about Britain winning the ARW. Or no ARW.

But What If Spain had won the Mexican Revolutionary War.?
The War lasted longer than the ARW, and Spain was on the point of winning in 1819, when Iritrube Changed Sides, and lead the Rebels to Victory.

So whe either Butterfly iritrube staying loyal, or getting killed off before switching sides.

?What happens if the Rebellion Fails?

Hmm, trouble for Britain first of all, particularly if Spain reverts to a mercantilist economy.

The westward expansion of the US will be affected, but it could go either way. If Spanish control is relatively lax and controling Mexico is hard enough, maybe Spain pulls a France and sells much of the OTL Mexican Cession + Texas? Maybe the US intervenes in a civil war/rebellion (with implicit British backing, per Canning-esque policies)?

If the rest of Spanish America, breaks off, then perhaps there's something like a Great Trek a la For Want of A Nail, which leaves a more loyal population?

You mean "Mexican War of Independence", right? The "Mexican Revolutionary War", better known as the Mexican Revolution, took place around 1910-1917.:D

?So why is ours a Revolutionary War, While theirs is a War of Independence?.
Yes I am talking 1806~1821.
?Can whe get the Ostend Manifesto, mixed up with the Mexican Cession, and a 1840's~1850's, Spanish/American War?

Different terminology. In Mexico, if you talk about a "Revolutionary War", they would think about the Mexican Revolution of 1910-1917, when Portofiro Díaz (a guy that everyone in Mexico hated) was overthrown, and you'll hear stories about Pancho Villa, Madrazo, Zapata, et cetera OR the American Revolution (depending on context). The 19th century war with Spain is considered to be a "War of Independence" because it's just that - a war of independence from Spain. Why is ours called a "Revolutionary War"? Propaganda.

And if you try pulling off a Mexican Cession THAT soon (that is, around the same time as the Mexican War of Independence or even later), you're going to have A LOT of angry people. To mix up the Mexican Cession (that is, annexing Mexican territory) with the Ostend Manifesto would be suicide, because of the priniciple of uti possedis.
