No Magna Carta

WI barons are not strong enough to force King John to accept Magna Carta? How would this affect legal and constitutional matters later on? Would we see England later using "continental" legal system and as such no (huge) difference then rest of Europe?

not quite sure, just that in 1215 he can't be forced by barons to sign it. In stronger position, not really important how.

Does it have to be John? England might fall apart into civil war if so. With a strong king like Richard England might pull a France.
