Supposing Mussolini doesn't invade Greece and commit some 565,000 men in late October 1940, what does this mean for the war with Britain in Libya?

Italy pretty much stripped Libya of resources and men to attack Greece, which helped the British when they smashed up the Italians in Africa starting in September. This September success could arguably be attributed to the fact that Mussolini was holding back weapons and supplies for the build up against Greece, so supposing that Greece is never a target, the Italian forces on the Egyptian border would have had more and better weapons, supplies, and manpower. Could this have made a difference? Might this prevent Germany from committing forces to Africa?
