No Israel, what happens to Jews in Arab land

Spain would have a higher Jewish population; if I'm not mistaken, there was a law passed in either the 1920s or '30s that granted Sephardic Jews the right to Spanish citizenship.

A simple switcheroo might be for Palestine to remain without Israel leading to Zionist terrorists to this very day. Or Isreal is formed but as dual state with Palestine, and Jerusalem is a secular, federal city.

The one problem with Arab Nationalism accepting Jews is that the massive immigration post-WWII is they wont be Arabs, they'll be European ie Imperialists.

So for Arab Jews to become accepting minorities you need European Jews to go elsewhere. Perhaps the West accepts more of them pre-WWII? Projects like Uganda are taken on (though obviously never to actual nation-states or extremly popular).

Maybe wishful thinking but if Palestine becomes a secular state in the 1940's with strong leanings towards Arab and Semitic patriotism/pride maybe European Jews could be intergrated (no doubt with tensions of course) with an assimilationist immigration policy. I have a feeling UN support and observation would be strong for such an idea however the Zionists as per diehard religious/nationalist groups alround, might be less keen
